At PeptidesOnline.us, we take pride in delivering high-quality research products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict return policies to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
We do not accept returns on any products once they have left our facility, due to product integrity and safety considerations.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt at info@peptidesonline.us with:

We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with USPS to locate it. Please allow for USPS investigation timeframes before a replacement is considered.
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS but reported missing; please contact your local Post Office in such cases.
Refunds are issued only in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order or where a damage/incorrect item claim has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
All products are intended for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. Due to their sensitive nature, they cannot be restocked or resold once shipped.
